Terry Van Arsdale graduated from West Virginia University in 1981 with a degree in Landscape Architecture. Soon after graduating he began working in a small retail center/landscape company/pool builder.

                   In 1984, Terry joined the Vaughan’s Seed Company in Bound Brook NJ as an assistant nursery stock manager. This position involved setting up trucking for shipments and working primarily with and developing new eastern and Midwestern nursery suppliers.

                    Terry is well known with 25 years of experience in the Horticultural brokerage industry he is well liked and most of all is respected by all vendors for his professionalism.  Terry’s keen sense of positioning with vendors that have great products at a good value will be key to the long term growth of Thievon Horticultural products.

                    

Paul Thievon went to school at Delaware Valley Collage in Doylestown Pennsylvania were he received a Bachelors degree in Ornamental Horticulture in 1988. While on breaks in 1986 and 1987 Paul worked at a landscaping operation called Garden State florist in Warren NJ.  Paul was able to get experience growing horticultural products in addition to dealing with customers on a wholesale and retail level.

In summer of 1991 decided to leave to start a career with Mchutchison Horticultural Distributors. Paul’s position at Mchutchison was sales for central and south Jersey.

In June 2006 Paul started Thievon Horticultural Products LLC.
